Leoforce Arya vs NTRVSTA: outcome-priced sourcing agents or an AI recruiter that works the whole role?

Leoforce sells pay-for-results agents that fill the top of your funnel. Carolina carries a role from first search to a booked interview. Here's how to tell which gap you have.

Full disclosure: we built NTRVSTA, so this Leoforce Arya vs NTRVSTA comparison is written by one of the two vendors in it. Every claim about Leoforce comes from leoforce.com, and the links are at the bottom so you can check them.

Many recruiters still know Leoforce as Arya, but that name has dropped off leoforce.com in favor of separate agents for job ads, shortlists, career sites and rediscovery. NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring, built around one agent, Carolina, that takes a role from search to scheduled interview inside the systems you already run.

The short answer

Choose Leoforce if your problem sits at the top of the funnel: job-ad spend that buys clicks instead of applicants, career-site traffic that leaves, or a crowded ATS you've never mined, and you like paying only when a candidate qualifies. Choose NTRVSTA if you need the work after that done too: ranked resumes with reasons, outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, a live AI interview, and a booked panel. Leoforce brings a longer track record and enterprise security certifications. NTRVSTA brings public prices and an interviewer Leoforce doesn't offer.

How NTRVSTA works

You open a role and Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, starts sourcing. She reaches candidates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, scores every resume that comes in against the job, and tells you why each person ranks where they do. Candidates who clear the bar get a live AI interview, on video with an avatar or on audio, at any hour. The questions adapt to each answer, for engineers and for non-technical roles alike, and in multiple languages. You get a score breakdown, video snippets and a report you can share with the hiring manager.

Carolina then books the next round through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. You set guardrails per action (suggest, ask first, or auto), and offers or pay changes always wait for a person. She also answers pipeline questions in plain English and sends a morning digest in Slack or Teams. NTRVSTA isn't an ATS. It connects to the one you have, among 70 systems such as Workday and Bullhorn, and most teams are set up within a few days, depending on customization.

How Leoforce works

Leoforce's pitch is "specialized agents, one ecosystem": you deploy the ones you need. Source spends your recruitment media across outside channels and optimizes for qualified applicants, not clicks. Capture asks how many interview-ready candidates you want per role, then delivers a vetted shortlist, with optional human validation. Convert turns career-site visitors into a talent network, and Rediscovery re-engages qualified past applicants sitting in your ATS and job-board subscriptions.

Leoforce says its AI has learned from actual hires since 2012. It says it is ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certified, compliant with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and the NYC AI bias law, and connected to 60+ ATS and CRM systems. Pricing is quoted per deal, and Leoforce's line is that if a candidate doesn't qualify, you don't pay.

When Leoforce is the better choice

  • Your biggest cost is job advertising, and you want an agent to move that budget toward channels that produce qualified applicants.
  • You want to pay per qualified candidate rather than a subscription, and you have the volume to negotiate that.
  • You want a human recruiter to check each AI-sourced candidate before it reaches your team.
  • Your security review requires vendors with published ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.

Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we're newer and smaller than Leoforce, with no published customer case studies yet. We don't publish a profile database or run job-ad buying. We're not an ATS or a system of record, so if you want one product to replace yours, look at an ATS with AI built in. And if you'd rather have human recruiters own the search, a marketplace like Paraform or Dover fits better.

Pricing compared

Leoforce doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says each quote depends on the products you pick, volume, roles, traffic, geography and integrations, and the model is outcome-based.

Our prices are on the pricing section of our homepage:

  • Starter: $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews, no card required.
  • Team: $490/mo billed annually or $590 monthly. 60 AI interviews a month, then $12 each, up to 10 seats.
  • Scale: $1,490/mo billed annually or $1,790 monthly. 250 AI interviews a month, then $9 each.
  • Enterprise and agencies: priced per hire or per seat.

An AI interview is one live session of up to 60 minutes. Used fully, Team on annual billing comes to about $8.17 per interview and Scale to about $5.96 per interview, with sourcing, outreach, scoring and scheduling included. To compare fairly, ask Leoforce for a Capture quote on the same roles and set it next to Team or Scale.

Who should pick which

  • If your applicant flow is thin because ad spend goes to the wrong channels, pick Leoforce.
  • If you have candidates but no time to screen, interview and book them, pick NTRVSTA.
  • If you want to pay only for candidates who qualify, pick Leoforce.
  • If you want to know the price before a sales call, pick NTRVSTA.
  • If you need a live first-round interview with a published LL144 audit for it, pick NTRVSTA.

Questions

Is Arya still a Leoforce product?

Leoforce, LLC still runs the platform, and its app login still points to app.goarya.com. But the Arya name no longer appears on leoforce.com's marketing pages. Leoforce now sells separate agents called Source, Capture, Convert, Rediscovery and Signal. If you searched for Arya, those agents are what you'd be buying today.

Does Leoforce run AI interviews?

Not that its site describes. Leoforce Capture finds and screens candidates and hands you a vetted shortlist, optionally checked by a human recruiter, and your team runs the interviews. NTRVSTA's Carolina runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio, then schedules the next round on your calendar.

How does Leoforce pricing compare with NTRVSTA pricing?

Leoforce quotes each deal based on products, hiring volume, roles, traffic, geography and integrations, and says that if a candidate doesn't qualify, you don't pay. NTRVSTA publishes its plans: a free Starter plan ($0), Team at $490 a month billed annually, and Scale at $1,490 a month billed annually, with enterprise and agency pricing per hire or per seat.

Do both tools have an NYC Local Law 144 bias audit?

Both say so, for different things. Leoforce says an independent LL144 audit found no evidence of bias in its potential candidate lists, and it gates the summary behind a form. NTRVSTA's audit by Asenion, finalized October 20, 2026, covers our AI interviews only, and the details are public on our compliance page.

We checked both products' features and pricing on November 1, 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm current details with each one before you sign.
