hireEZ Pricing (2026): Plans, Costs and What You Actually Pay

A published starting price for solo recruiters, a stack-based quote for enterprise teams, and the questions that pin a quote down.

NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to hireEZ's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.

hireEZ pricing is short on numbers by design. The company publishes one starting price for individual recruiters and treats enterprise deals as a rebuild of your current tool budget. That makes the hireEZ cost for a team hard to estimate from the outside, so this page lays out what is published, what isn't, and what to ask before you sign. We read hireez.com/pricing on November 1, 2026.

The short answer

hireEZ's Solo recruiter plan starts at $494 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Enterprise pricing isn't published. hireEZ says enterprise seats are "still part of the model," but the price is configured to the stack hireEZ replaces, and buyers get a four-week verification period before signing.

Because the Solo plan isn't itemized, it helps to know what hireEZ sells overall. hireEZ says its EZ Agent runs on top of your existing ATS: agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank applications, run AI screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler. hireEZ says "nothing moves forward without your approval." Which of these the $494 plan includes is the first question to ask.

What drives the price

hireEZ names these levers on its own page:

  • The tools it replaces. Enterprise pricing is built around your current spend. hireEZ even publishes a Stack-Cost Worksheet that estimates what you pay today, rather than quoting its own price.
  • Seats. Still part of the enterprise model, per hireEZ, but not the only factor.
  • Plan type. Solo is a self-serve starting point; enterprise is negotiated after the verification period.

As a general rule for agent platforms like this (not something hireEZ states), expect the quote to move with the number of recruiters, how many AI screens or outreach messages you run, which ATS and calendar connections you need, security and procurement requirements, and contract length. Multi-year terms usually trade a lower annual rate for less flexibility.

Questions to ask hireEZ before you buy

  • Which features are in the Solo plan: sourcing only, or also AI screening, sequences and the AI Scheduler?
  • Is the $494 Solo price billed monthly or annually, and what does a second seat cost?
  • If enterprise pricing is set against the tools you replace, what happens to the price if we keep one of those tools?
  • Are AI phone screens, SMS messages or contact lookups metered, and what are the overage rates?
  • What does the four-week verification cost, and what results should it prove before we sign?
  • Are implementation, ATS integration or training billed separately?
  • On exit, can we export candidate data, notes and screening results back into our ATS?

Cheaper or simpler options than hireEZ

These cover overlapping work. hireEZ bundles a lot into one agent layer, so the cheaper options usually do less.

  • SeekOut. Sourcing Core is $149 a month paid annually or $179 monthly, with a 14-day trial. It is search and email outreach; AI screening sits on custom plans. See SeekOut vs hireEZ.
  • Juicebox. A free plan, then $99 per seat a month billed annually. Sourcing and email outreach only, with no screening or scheduling. See hireEZ vs Juicebox.
  • Perfect (GoPerfect). $300 per open position a month, with unlimited seats and no AI credits, per its pricing page. It sources, runs outreach, phone-screens and books first interviews.
  • NTRVSTA (us). Starter is $0 for one open role with 10 AI interviews and no card. Team is $490 a month billed annually ($590 monthly) with 60 AI interviews a month and up to 10 seats; Scale is $1,490 a month billed annually ($1,790 monthly). Like hireEZ, Carolina works on top of your ATS, sources, runs outreach and schedules. The difference is the screen: a live AI interview by video avatar or audio that adapts to each answer. We don't publish a profile database, so hireEZ's 45+ platform search goes further on pure sourcing. Full plans on our pricing section.

Questions

How much does hireEZ cost?

hireEZ lists its Solo recruiter plan from $494 a month with a 7-day free trial. Enterprise pricing isn't published; hireEZ says it is configured to the tools it replaces in your stack.

Does hireEZ charge per seat?

Partly. hireEZ's pricing page says seats are still part of the model for enterprise teams, but the price is set against the stack hireEZ replaces rather than a flat per-seat rate.

Is there a free trial of hireEZ?

The Solo plan has a 7-day free trial. Enterprise buyers go through what hireEZ calls a four-week verification with unlimited working sessions before signing; hireEZ doesn't call it a free trial or state its cost.

What does the hireEZ Solo plan include?

hireEZ's pricing page doesn't itemize the Solo plan. Its product pages describe sourcing from 1B+ profiles, applicant ranking, AI phone and chat screens, outreach sequences and an AI Scheduler, so ask which of those Solo covers.
