Full disclosure: this list comes from the NTRVSTA team, and our product is the first of the seven hireEZ alternatives below. We kept facts about every other vendor to what that vendor publishes, with links in the Sources section.
hireEZ, formerly Hiretual, has turned into an agent platform. EZ Agent sources from 1B+ profiles, ranks applications, runs AI voice or chat screens and books interviews on top of your ATS, with approval gates throughout. So when teams look at hireEZ alternatives and competitors, it's rarely about missing features. More often they want a different kind of interview, a published price for a team rather than a solo seat, outreach on WhatsApp, a lighter self-serve tool, or an ATS and CRM in one for agency work. If enterprise sourcing reach and a stack of security certifications are what you need, hireEZ may still be your best fit.
hireEZ alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
NTRVSTA is the closest structural match to EZ Agent on this list. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, sources for an open role, reaches people by email, SMS and WhatsApp, scores and ranks every resume with an explanation, and schedules interviews and panels on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. The main difference is the interview: ours is live and adaptive, with a video avatar or audio voice that adjusts questions and difficulty to each answer, for technical and non-technical roles. You set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, so you can loosen approvals where you trust the agent; offers and pay changes always wait for a person.
The trade-offs are real. We don't publish a profile database, we're newer and smaller with no case studies out yet, and hireEZ lists security certifications we don't. Our NYC LL144 audit covers the AI interviews and lives on our compliance page. Full detail is in hireEZ vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams that want the interview itself handled by the agent, inside the ATS they already run, such as Workday.
2. SeekOut
SeekOut is hireEZ's oldest rival in sourcing and publishes the same 1B+ profile scale, plus search across your ATS for rediscovery. Its agents build rubrics, find candidates and send personalized multi-touch email campaigns, with recruiters approving at critical steps. Screening is an add-on that scores applicants, flags fraud and, per SeekOut, runs video screening interviews. SeekOut doesn't publish scheduling. Its Sourcing Core plan is $149 a month billed annually for three seats, with a 14-day free trial.
Best for: sourcing teams that care most about search depth, diversity filters and ATS rediscovery.
3. Findem
Findem's angle is data. It builds expert-labeled people data and relationship intelligence, then runs named agents on top for sourcing, calibration, screening, assessment, ID verification and scheduling. Its interview software lists autonomous AI video interviews, one-way video, live coding and interviewer assist. Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026, and we found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026. Pricing is by demo, with a free Findem Studio agent to try.
Best for: enterprise and executive search teams that want market maps and warm paths alongside their agents.
4. Pin
Pin is a lighter, cheaper way to get much of what EZ Agent does for outbound. From a job title it builds criteria, matches people from 850M+ profiles with a fit score you approve, sends sequences from your own inbox, handles replies from a knowledge base and books calls on your calendar. Each step can be hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot. There's a free plan, and Solo is $100 per user a month billed annually. Pin's LinkedIn page was removed in September 2026; Pin's CEO says the product is fully operational and doesn't depend on LinkedIn, and that Pin is working with LinkedIn to resolve the concerns.
Best for: agencies and lean in-house teams that mostly hire through outbound.
5. Juicebox
Juicebox, sometimes called PeopleGPT, is the self-serve option. Recruiters type what they need in plain English and get a ranked list from 800M+ profiles across 30+ sources, then send AI-personalized outreach. Add-on agents at $199 each a month keep sourcing in the background. It doesn't screen by voice or schedule, so it replaces hireEZ's top of funnel only.
Best for: startups and solo recruiters who want search running today without a sales cycle.
6. Tenzo
If the part of hireEZ you use most is screening, Tenzo is worth a look. Its AI recruiter, Morgan, runs 24/7 voice interviews by phone or video, reviews resumes, detects fraud, schedules and rediscovers past candidates in your ATS. Tenzo says it has 57+ bi-directional ATS integrations, lists SOC 2 Type 2, and strips protected-class details from transcripts before scoring. Candidates can opt out of the AI interview. Pricing is a custom quote.
Best for: staffing agencies and volume employers that need screening and scheduling more than sourcing.
7. Leonar
Leonar, a French-origin product built on its founders' own agency, Licorne Society, is an ATS and client CRM in one, so unlike hireEZ it replaces your ATS. It searches 870M+ profiles across 30+ sources with email and phone finding, runs email, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp sequences into one inbox, and includes a Sourcing Agent that delivers scored shortlists daily. The Professional plan is $149 per user a month with a 14-day free trial.
Best for: agencies and executive search firms, especially in Europe, that want sourcing and client deals in one workspace.
