NTRVSTA wrote this page. We make a competing product, so we stick to Harver's own published pricing and say where it isn't published.
Harver is an assessment and volume-hiring vendor that has grown by combining several brands: Outmatch is now part of Harver, and it sells pymetrics game-based assessments and Checkster reference checks. Harver pricing isn't on its website. What Harver offers instead is an ROI calculator built around early turnover, which tells you a lot about how it sells. This guide explains both.
The short answer on Harver pricing
Harver does not publish pricing. When we checked on November 1, 2026, harver.com/pricing returned a "not found" error and the homepage had no pricing, only "Request a Demo." Harver's ROI calculator estimates savings from lower 90-day turnover but shows no Harver prices. Expect a custom quote based on the products you choose and your hiring volume.
What you get on each Harver plan
There are no named plans. Harver lists six products, which are the pieces a quote can include. Descriptions are Harver's.
Harver lists integrations with iCIMS Prime, UKG and Workday, ISO 27001 certification, GDPR and CCPA compliance, and says it complies with NYC Local Law 144 and reports independent bias audits on its security page.
What drives the price
Harver doesn't publish its pricing levers. Its ROI calculator is the best hint at what matters in the conversation. It asks for three things: number of hires, 90-day turnover rate (it suggests 30% as an average) and average cost of turnover per employee (it suggests $4,700). It then estimates annual savings, and Harver says its clients cut 90-day attrition by 22% on average. Expect the sale to be framed around hires and turnover.
General levers for assessment suites like Harver's (not stated by Harver):
- Products in scope. Assessments, video, references and the volume-hiring workflow each add to the total.
- Hiring or candidate volume. Usually the main unit for volume-hiring tools.
- Custom assessment work. Validation studies and role-specific content can be priced as services.
- Integrations. Connecting to iCIMS, UKG, Workday or another ATS may involve setup fees.
- Term length and regions. Multi-country rollouts and multi-year terms change the deal.
Questions to ask Harver before you buy
- What is our quote based on: hires, candidates assessed, or employees?
- Which of the six products are in our quote, and is there a bundle price for assessments plus video plus references?
- Are pymetrics games and Harver Assessments priced the same, or does one cost more per candidate?
- Is local validation of the assessments included, or a separate service fee?
- Which bias audit results will we receive for the tools we buy, and how often are they updated?
- What does the iCIMS, UKG or Workday integration cost to set up and maintain?
- If our hiring drops by half next year, what happens to our price?
Cheaper or simpler options than Harver
Harver's strength is validated assessments for volume roles, so the closest alternatives are assessment and high-volume screening tools. Some publish prices.
- TestGorilla: a free plan, Core from $215 a month and Plus from $520 a month billed annually, with a large test library and AI interviews on Plus.
- Spark Hire: its Behavioral Assessment starts at $249 a month billed annually, and its video interviews at the same price.
- Sapia.ai: per-hire pricing with unlimited chat interviews, rate not published, designed for companies hiring 500+ people a year.
- Classet: AI phone interviews for hourly hiring from $249 a month billed annually, 50 completed interviews included.
- NTRVSTA (us): Starter $0 and Team $490 a month billed annually. We run live AI interviews and Carolina handles sourcing and scheduling, but we don't sell a validated psychometric assessment library, so we're a poor substitute if assessments are why you're looking at Harver.
