GoodTime alternatives: 6 competitors for interview scheduling and AI recruiting

GoodTime is strong at coordinating complex interview loops. These are the tools teams compare it with, and the cases where staying is the smart call.

Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this list of GoodTime alternatives, and we are the first entry on it. Facts about every other product come from that company's own site or announcements, linked in Sources.

GoodTime is a capable interview scheduling and coordination platform, and its agent Cori handles booking, rescheduling, interviewer swaps and stage moves on top of your ATS. Teams usually look at GoodTime alternatives and competitors for structural reasons, not because scheduling breaks. Some want prices they can see before a sales call (GoodTime prices by annual candidate volume and doesn't publish numbers). Some want the first-round interview itself automated, while GoodTime offers an AI notetaker for interviews people run. Others need help earlier in the funnel, with sourcing and outreach, which GoodTime doesn't offer. If your loops are huge and coordination is your real pain, staying is often right; see the last section.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

NTRVSTA replaces less of what GoodTime does and more of what happens before the loop. Our agent, Carolina, works inside the ATS, calendar and chat tools you already use. It sources candidates for each role, reaches out by email, SMS or WhatsApp, scores every resume against the job with an explanation, and runs a live AI interview (video avatar or audio) that adapts to each answer, for technical and non-technical roles alike. Then it books interviews and panels on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. You set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers or comp changes always wait for a person.

What we don't replace: GoodTime's depth in interviewer-pool management for very large, multi-day loops. Our prices are public, our NYC Local Law 144 audit of the AI interviews is on the compliance page, and the feature-by-feature view is in GoodTime vs NTRVSTA.

Best for: teams whose bottleneck is finding and screening candidates, with scheduling handled by the same agent.

2. ModernLoop

ModernLoop is the closest like-for-like swap. It says it automates interview scheduling on top of the ATS with calendar sync, interviewer selection, workload balancing and coordinator queues, and it lists Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters. In 2025 it added Taylor AI, which ModernLoop calls an always-on AI recruiter that runs phone screens 24/7 and answers candidate questions. Pricing isn't published, and neither is a bias audit. Compare the two in ModernLoop vs NTRVSTA.

Best for: tech companies that want GoodTime-style loop scheduling plus an AI phone screen.

3. Sense

Sense covers scheduling as one module of a wider engagement platform. It says it automates 1:1, panel and sequential interview scheduling, and pairs that with SMS and WhatsApp messaging, a conversational CRM, Voice AI phone screens and an AI Recruiter made of specialized agents. Sense is one of the few vendors here with public starting prices: interview scheduling from $500 a month and the AI Recruiter from $3,000 a month, with implementation and 24/7 support included, per Sense. See Sense vs NTRVSTA.

Best for: staffing firms and high-volume employers that want scheduling bundled with text engagement.

4. Findem

Findem is a talent intelligence suite built on people data. Among its named agents, Findem says its Scheduling Agent books interviews, assembles panels and sends confirmations and updates, running after a recruiter approves the criteria. The suite also covers sourcing, AI video interviews and a Screening Agent in early access. In March 2026 Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI; we found no closing announcement as of November 1, 2026. Pricing isn't published, though Findem Studio invites you to try an agent free.

Best for: TA teams that want sourcing intelligence and scheduling agents from one vendor.

5. hireEZ

hireEZ's EZ Agent runs on your ATS and, per hireEZ, sources from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, ranks applicants, runs AI screens by voice or chat, and books interviews with an AI Scheduler that syncs calendars, coordinates panels and handles reschedules inside your rules. hireEZ says "nothing moves forward without your approval." It lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001. A Solo plan starts at $494 a month with a 7-day free trial; enterprise pricing is not published.

Best for: teams that want a big sourcing database and scheduling in the same agent.

6. Phenom

Phenom is a full talent platform: career site, talent CRM, automated interview scheduling, onboarding and internal mobility. Its Voice Screening Agent calls candidates soon after they apply and hands qualified people to scheduling, and Phenom says every rating is a proposal a recruiter accepts or overrides. Its site lists SOC 2 Type II and shows several ISO logos. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: large employers replacing several point tools, including scheduling, with one platform.

When to stay with GoodTime

Stay if your pain is the loop itself: multi-day onsites, panels of five or more, and an interviewer pool that needs load balancing and fast replacements. GoodTime also lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 42001 and EU data hosting, which can shorten a security review, and a long roster of enterprise customers. If you want AI interviews or sourcing on top, you can add a tool like NTRVSTA without removing GoodTime, since both sit on the same ATS.

Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we are newer and smaller than GoodTime, with no published case studies yet, and we are not an ATS. We don't publish a proprietary profile database, so hireEZ or Findem may suit pure sourcing better. NTRVSTA publishes all plans, from a free Starter plan to Scale at $1,490/mo billed annually. Sense lists starting prices, such as interview scheduling from $500 a month, and hireEZ lists a Solo plan from $494 a month. GoodTime, ModernLoop, Findem and Phenom do not publish prices.

Yes. NTRVSTA runs live AI interviews by video avatar or audio and then schedules the next round. ModernLoop's Taylor AI and Sense's Voice AI run phone screens, and Phenom offers a Voice Screening Agent.

Can I keep GoodTime and add an AI recruiter?
