We wrote this one, so read it with that in mind: NTRVSTA is one of the two products in this HiringAgents.ai vs NTRVSTA comparison. What we say about HiringAgents.ai comes only from its own public pages, listed under Sources.
The short answer
HiringAgents.ai (formerly Holly) calls itself "the AI native recruitment agency." Choose HiringAgents.ai if you want free AI screening on your inbound applicants and would rather pay per ready-to-interview candidate its agents deliver than run sourcing yourself. Choose NTRVSTA if you want your own AI recruiter, Carolina, to source, score every resume, run live adaptive interviews and schedule panels inside your ATS, on a flat monthly plan with a published NYC Local Law 144 audit for its AI interviews.
Side by side: HiringAgents.ai vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
NTRVSTA is software your team directs, not an agency that sends you people. Carolina takes each open role, sources candidates, and reaches out by email, SMS or WhatsApp. She scores and ranks every resume, sourced or inbound, against the job and writes down why, so a recruiter can agree or overrule.
Shortlisted candidates take a live AI interview whenever they're free. It runs as a video avatar or audio, in multiple languages, and its questions get harder or easier based on each answer, for engineering roles and non-technical ones. Your team receives a score breakdown, video snippets and a shareable report. Carolina books the human interviews on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, answers pipeline questions in plain English ("Ask Carolina"), and sends a morning digest to Slack or Teams.
You decide how much she does alone: each action is set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers or comp changes always wait for a person. NTRVSTA connects to 70 systems, including Greenhouse, Ashby and Workday, and setup takes a few days depending on customization.
How HiringAgents.ai works
HiringAgents.ai grew out of Holly; hollyhires.ai now redirects to hiringagents.ai. Its pitch is "Agency quality. Automation speed. Software pricing." The company page introduces two agents. Holly, the recruiting coordinator, screens every applicant, conducts video intros, manages candidate follow-up and syncs to your ATS. Hunter, the headhunter, sources passive candidates around the clock, engages them by email and LinkedIn, pre-qualifies fit and draws on HiringAgents.ai's own AI career-agent network.
The free tier sits on top of your ATS: an AI-native careers page with a chat-style experience, AI vetting of inbound applicants, and 60-second candidate introduction videos, which HiringAgents.ai prefers to cover letters because it says AI can't fake them. Paid plans add sourcing of net-new candidates, sold by the credit. HiringAgents.ai says it has 40+ ATS integrations and shows Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn and iCIMS logos. On security, it says it can guarantee SOC 2 compliance for enterprise customers and is GDPR aligned, with SAML SSO and SCIM.
The company also publishes a draft open standard, the Agent Protocol (v0.1, Apache-2.0), which lets a careers site describe through one file how AI agents can read its jobs and submit applications. When we checked on November 1, 2026, the root homepage showed only a "stay tuned" notice; the product details above are from its company and pricing pages.
When HiringAgents.ai is the better choice
- You'd rather pay for delivered candidates than for software your team runs.
- You want a free AI careers page and inbound vetting before spending anything.
- You like a short candidate video in place of a cover letter as the first signal.
- LinkedIn outreach to passive candidates matters to you; Hunter lists it, and we don't.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we're newer and smaller than the incumbents, with no published customer case studies yet. We don't publish a proprietary profile database, so if search scale is the deciding factor, database-first sourcing tools fit better. We aren't an ATS, so you keep one alongside us. And if you want people, not software, doing the search, a recruiter marketplace like Paraform or Dover is a better match.
Pricing compared
HiringAgents.ai's Free plan is $0 and covers the careers page, AI vetting, intro videos and ATS integration. Starter is $199 per credit and Growth is $149 per credit, with volume discounts and priority delivery. Business is custom. One credit buys one ready-to-interview candidate for a specific role, and HiringAgents.ai offers a full refund if you reject that candidate within 48 hours with quality feedback.
NTRVSTA prices by plan, shown in our pricing section:
- Starter: $0. One open role and 10 AI interviews, no card required.
- Team: $490/mo billed annually, $590 month to month. 60 AI interviews a month, then $12 each, up to 10 seats.
- Scale: $1,490/mo billed annually, $1,790 month to month. 250 AI interviews a month, then $9 each.
- Enterprise and agencies: per hire or per seat.
These units differ, so compare carefully. A HiringAgents.ai credit is a delivered candidate. An NTRVSTA interview is one live session of up to 60 minutes, which works out to about $8.17 per interview on Team and $5.96 per interview on Scale at full use. Sourcing, scoring and scheduling are included in the plan. If you need five extra candidates for one role, per-candidate pricing is simple. If you're screening hundreds across many roles, a flat plan usually is.
Who should pick which
- If you want candidates delivered and are happy to pay per candidate, pick HiringAgents.ai.
- If you want to run your own outreach by SMS or WhatsApp, pick NTRVSTA.
- If a 60-second candidate video is enough as a first screen, pick HiringAgents.ai.
- If you need a live interview that tests technical depth and adapts to each answer, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you hire in New York City and need a published LL144 audit for AI interviews, pick NTRVSTA.

Questions
Is HiringAgents.ai the same as Holly?
Yes, in effect. hollyhires.ai now redirects to hiringagents.ai, and Holly is the name of HiringAgents.ai's recruiting-coordinator agent. Its second agent, Hunter, is the headhunter that sources passive candidates.
How does HiringAgents.ai pricing work?
HiringAgents.ai has a free plan for inbound tooling, then charges per credit: $199 on Starter and $149 on Growth, with Business priced custom. It says one credit buys one ready-to-interview candidate for a specific role, with a full refund if you reject the candidate within 48 hours and give quality feedback.
Does HiringAgents.ai run AI interviews?
Its company page lists AI interviews and inbound vetting in the free tier, and says Holly conducts video intros, which it describes as 60-second introduction videos from candidates. It doesn't describe a live adaptive AI interview. NTRVSTA's Carolina runs live interviews by video avatar or audio that adjust to each answer.
Do both work with my ATS?
HiringAgents.ai says it has 40+ ATS integrations and shows Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn and iCIMS logos. NTRVSTA connects to 70 systems across ATS, HRIS, payroll, calendars and messaging, plus a REST API and SFTP.
