Disclosure first: NTRVSTA wrote this list of Weekday alternatives and is one of the six options in it. Everything we say about the other companies comes from their own websites, linked in the Sources list.
Weekday (weekday.works) runs AI outbound recruiting for passive candidates. You filter its marketplace and Weekday emails, WhatsApps and calls the people you like, or you hand a role to its contingency recruiters for 15% of annual salary. People look for Weekday alternatives and competitors for structural reasons. Its job listings and free tools are India-focused, so teams hiring in the US or Europe want a wider pool. The subscription is custom priced with no free trial. And some teams want to own outreach from their own systems, or want the first interview handled too, not just a list of interested candidates. If you hire tech talent in India and like the pay-on-hire model, staying may make sense.
The alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
Weekday finds people and hands you the interested ones. NTRVSTA keeps going after that point. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, sources candidates for each open role and contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp. It then scores every resume against the job with a stated reason, runs a live AI interview (video avatar or audio) that adjusts its questions to each answer, and books the human round on your calendars. Each step is set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers always wait for a person.
Everything is logged in the systems you already use, including Lever, Ashby and Workday. What we don't replace: we don't publish a profile database, we don't make phone calls to candidates, and we're newer, with no published case studies yet. If you want a human recruiter running the search, Paraform below fits better.
Best for: Teams that want sourced and inbound candidates scored and interviewed before a recruiter spends time on them.
2. Juicebox
Juicebox, also known as PeopleGPT, is the nearest swap for Weekday's search filters. You describe the role in plain language and Juicebox returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, then sends AI-personalized email sequences. Its Agents source in the background and can auto-email or auto-shortlist. Juicebox lists Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and 40+ other ATS, with ATS sync on its Business plan. On October 6, 2026 Juicebox announced an agreement to acquire Fetcher's assets; its post doesn't say the deal has closed.
Best for: Recruiters and startups that want self-serve AI search and email outreach at the top of the funnel.
3. Pin
Pin takes a job title, researches your company, and matches candidates from 850M+ profiles, which it says cover North America and Europe. You approve matches, then Pin sends sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, answers replies from a knowledge base and books interviews on your calendar. Every step can be hands-on, co-pilot or full autopilot. Outreach runs over email, SMS and LinkedIn. Pin has a free plan, and Solo is $100 per user a month on annual billing.
Best for: Founders, agencies and lean teams that want a low-cost AI sourcer outside India that fills the calendar.
4. hireEZ
hireEZ (formerly Hiretual) now leads with EZ Agent. It says its agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, rank every application, run AI phone or chat screens, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler, all on top of your current ATS. hireEZ says "nothing moves forward without your approval." Solo starts from $494 a month with a 7-day free trial.
Best for: Enterprise TA and staffing teams that want one approval-gated agent layer for sourcing through scheduling.
5. SeekOut
SeekOut calls itself "the agentic AI recruiting platform that runs on your terms." It searches 1B+ profiles together with your ATS, and its agents build rubrics, find people and run personalized email campaigns, with recruiters approving or adjusting at key steps. An add-on scores inbound applicants. Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually for three seats, with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Best for: Mid-market and enterprise teams that want a large external index plus rediscovery of past applicants.
6. Paraform
If Weekday's contingency recruiter is what you value, Paraform is the closest structural match. It matches companies with specialized recruiters from a network it puts at more than 10,000, adds custom AI agents trained on its hiring data, and assigns a talent strategist to each search. Paraform says it takes a flat percentage of first-year base salary only on hire, with a free replacement search within 90 days. It doesn't publish the percentage.
Best for: Venture-backed startups that want pay-on-hire recruiters for hard technical or go-to-market roles.
When to stay with Weekday
Stay with Weekday if most of your hires are engineers in India and its marketplace keeps producing interested people. The mix of email, WhatsApp and phone outreach, with a team calling candidates who don't reply, is hard to copy with software alone. The contingency plan also costs nothing until someone joins and includes a 60-day replacement period. If your only gap is screening, you can keep Weekday for sourcing and add an interview step afterward instead of switching.
