A note before you read: NTRVSTA wrote this Visage vs NTRVSTA comparison, and we make one of the two products. We kept every Visage fact to what visage.jobs publishes and linked those pages at the end.
Visage and NTRVSTA both use AI to find people for open roles, and both deliver them into the ATS you already use. The overlap ends quickly. Visage is a sourcing service for the roles your applicants can't fill, and it hands off once a person says yes. NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring: our agent, Carolina, keeps going through resume scoring, a live AI interview and scheduling.
The short answer
Choose Visage if you're a large enterprise TA team with a list of senior, niche or technical roles that never fill, and you want interested candidates delivered for a price agreed per role, with interviews left entirely to your people. Choose NTRVSTA if you want one agent to source and also screen, interview and book candidates across many roles, at a published monthly price. Visage keeps the AI out of the interview on purpose. NTRVSTA puts an adaptive interviewer there, backed by a public NYC LL144 audit.
Side by side: Visage vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
Open a role and Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, starts sourcing and reaching out by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Every resume, sourced or inbound, gets scored and ranked against the job with a plain explanation. Strong candidates take a live AI interview whenever suits them, with a video avatar or by audio. It adapts to each answer, works for technical and non-technical roles, and runs in multiple languages. Your team gets a score breakdown, video snippets and a shareable report.
From there, Carolina books interviews and panels through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. You decide per action whether she suggests, asks first or acts on her own, and offers or pay changes always wait for a person. She answers pipeline questions in plain English and posts a morning digest in Slack or Teams. We aren't an ATS: Carolina connects to yours, whether that's Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or one of 68 other systems, usually within a few days depending on customization.
How Visage works
Visage starts with your hardest roles. Its AI reads the requirements and intake notes, builds searches and compares profiles to the role. Your team reviews a 10-candidate calibration batch and says what fits before outreach scales. Visage then contacts people with role-specific messages and follow-ups, and delivers only those who replied yes. Visage says its matching comes from ten years of human sourcers labelling millions of candidates against hundreds of thousands of jobs.
Delivery runs through your ATS's agency portal, so recruiters see Visage candidates the way they see agency submissions, or through a full integration that typically takes 2 to 3 months. Visage is explicit about the boundary: "Our AI finds and invites; your recruiters decide whom to interview and hire." It agrees success measures up front, judged on interviews and hires rather than profiles delivered.
When Visage is the better choice
- You have a handful of senior or specialist roles each year that your inbound pipeline never fills, and you'd otherwise pay an agency or RPO.
- Your recruiters want only candidates who already said yes, and want no AI in the interview stage at all.
- You'd rather start through the agency portal you already use for search firms than run an integration project.
- You like a per-role price with credit protection: Visage says a Search is credited back and restarted if candidates miss the stated requirements because of its error.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we're newer and smaller than many vendors here, with no published customer case studies yet. We don't publish a profile database or a sourcer-labelled matching history like Visage's. We aren't a system of record or an ATS replacement. And if you want people running a search for you, a recruiter marketplace like Paraform or Dover is closer to what you need.
Pricing compared
Visage doesn't publish rates. It prices per Search, where one Search covers one role, with volume tiers based on annual Search count, plus an annual access fee. You get an all-in cost per role, quoted before you commit, covering shortlist size, the ATS route and success measures.
NTRVSTA's plans are listed on our pricing section:
- Starter: $0 for one open role and 10 AI interviews, with no card.
- Team: $490/mo on annual billing or $590 month to month. 60 AI interviews a month, then $12 each, up to 10 seats.
- Scale: $1,490/mo on annual billing or $1,790 month to month. 250 AI interviews a month, then $9 each.
- Enterprise and agencies: per hire or per seat.
Each AI interview is a live session of up to 60 minutes. Team on annual billing works out to about $8.17 per interview at full use. The two models measure different things: Visage prices a filled shortlist for one hard role, while our plans price a month of sourcing, screening and interviewing across all your roles. Run your three hardest roles through both and compare the cost per hire.
Who should pick which
- If a few hard roles a year are your whole problem, pick Visage.
- If you have dozens of open roles and a screening backlog, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you want interested candidates and nothing else, pick Visage.
- If you want candidates interviewed and booked before a recruiter steps in, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you have fewer than 5,000 employees and want to start on a free plan, pick NTRVSTA.
- If you're replacing agency fees on niche roles and want per-role pricing, pick Visage.

Questions
What does Visage count as an interested candidate?
Visage defines interested as a person who replied yes to a message about your role. Those are the only candidates it delivers into your ATS or agency portal. Your recruiters then decide whom to interview and hire.
How long does it take to start with Visage?
It depends on the route. Visage says you can start through your ATS's existing agency portal without an integration project, though normal vendor and security reviews still apply. A full ATS integration typically takes 2 to 3 months. NTRVSTA says most teams are set up within a few days, depending on customization.
Is Visage only for large companies?
Visage says it is built for enterprise TA teams with 5,000+ employees and hard-to-fill roles every year. Smaller teams can still ask for a quote, but its pricing and process are designed around annual search volume at that scale.
Can I use Visage and NTRVSTA together?
Yes, in principle. Visage delivers candidates who said yes into your ATS, and Carolina works from that same ATS, so she could score, interview and schedule those candidates. Neither company publishes a direct integration with the other, so the handoff runs through your ATS.
Bring one of your hard-to-fill roles and we'll show you what Carolina does with it: book a demo. Our interview bias audit is on the compliance page.
