Full disclosure: this guide to Visage alternatives comes from the NTRVSTA team, and our product is one of the six options. We took every competitor fact from that company's own site and linked the pages at the end.
Visage does one job carefully: for the roles your applicants can't fill, it finds people, contacts them and delivers only those who reply yes. That focus is also why teams look at Visage competitors. Visage says it is built for enterprises with 5,000+ employees, so smaller teams may not fit. It quotes every role privately. Its full ATS integration typically takes 2 to 3 months. And it stops at the yes, so screening, interviewing and scheduling still land on your recruiters. If your problem is a short list of senior or niche roles and your interview process works, Visage may still be the right call.
Visage alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
Visage hands you a candidate who said yes. Our agent, Carolina, also finds and contacts candidates, by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and then carries them further. She scores and ranks each resume against the job and explains why, runs a live AI interview by video avatar or audio that adapts to every answer, and books the next round on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. Guardrails are set per action (suggest, ask first or auto), and offers or pay changes always wait for a person.
Honest gaps: we don't publish a profile database, and we have no published customer case studies yet. Carolina connects to 70 systems, including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, usually within a few days depending on customization. Our NYC LL144 audit covers the AI interviews and is on our compliance page. Compare the two directly in Visage vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams with many open roles whose bottleneck is screening and scheduling, not only finding people.
2. Leoforce
Leoforce Capture is the nearest thing to Visage's model. You say how many interview-ready candidates you need per role, and Leoforce finds and screens them and delivers a vetted shortlist, with a human recruiter checking each one if you ask. Leoforce says you don't pay for candidates who don't qualify. It adds agents Visage doesn't sell, for job-ad spend, career-site visitors and past applicants in your ATS. Leoforce says it connects to 60+ ATS and CRM systems. Prices are custom.
Best for: large employers and staffing firms that want outcome pricing across more than a few hard roles.
3. Paraform
If you picked Visage to avoid agency fees but still want a person owning the search, Paraform takes the opposite route. It matches you with specialized recruiters from a network of 10K+ and adds AI agents trained on its own hiring-outcome data. A dedicated talent strategist manages each search. Paraform says it charges a flat percentage of first-year base salary only on hire, with a free replacement search if a hire leaves within 90 days.
Best for: venture-backed startups filling hard technical or go-to-market roles.
4. hireEZ
hireEZ covers sourcing and the steps Visage leaves to you. Its EZ Agent sits on top of your ATS, sources across 1B+ profiles from 45+ platforms, ranks every application, runs AI screens by voice or chat, sends email, SMS and InMail sequences, and books interviews through an AI Scheduler. hireEZ says nothing moves forward without your approval. A solo plan starts at $494 a month, and enterprise buyers get a four-week verification before signing.
Best for: enterprise TA teams that want sourcing, screening and scheduling under one agent.
5. SeekOut
SeekOut suits teams that want to keep sourcing in-house rather than buy shortlists. Recruiters search 1B+ profiles plus their own ATS, and SeekOut's agents build rubrics, find candidates and run email campaigns, with recruiters approving or adjusting at critical steps. It publishes one price, Sourcing Core at $149 a month billed annually for three seats, and offers a 14-day free trial.
Best for: sourcing teams that want deep search and ATS rediscovery under their own control.
6. Juicebox
Juicebox is the self-serve end of the market. Describe a role in plain English and Juicebox Search returns a ranked pool from 800M+ profiles across 30+ data sources, with AI-personalized email outreach. Juicebox Agents can keep sourcing in the background and auto-email or auto-shortlist. There's a free plan, and Starter is $99 per seat a month billed annually. Juicebox announced an agreement to acquire Fetcher's assets in October 2026.
Best for: recruiters and startups that want fast, low-cost sourcing they run themselves.
When to stay with Visage
- You have 5,000+ employees and a recurring list of roles your inbound pipeline never fills.
- You want only candidates who already replied yes, with nothing automated past that point.
- The agency-portal route lets you start without an integration project, and that matters to IT.
- Per-role pricing with credit protection is easier to defend to finance than a subscription.

Questions
Who are Visage's main competitors?
It depends on what you liked about Visage. For pay-per-result sourcing, Leoforce Capture and Paraform's success fee are closest. For AI sourcing you run yourself, SeekOut, hireEZ and Juicebox. For sourcing that continues into interviews and scheduling, NTRVSTA and hireEZ.
Is there a Visage alternative for companies under 5,000 employees?
Yes. Juicebox and NTRVSTA both have free plans. SeekOut sells a three-seat Sourcing Core plan at $149 a month billed annually, and Paraform works with venture-backed startups. Visage says it is built for enterprise TA teams with 5,000+ employees.
Which Visage alternatives screen and interview candidates?
NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio and then schedules the next round. hireEZ runs conversational AI screens by voice or chat and books interviews with its AI Scheduler. SeekOut sells AI screening as an add-on. Visage, Juicebox and Leoforce leave the interview to your team, and on Paraform human recruiters run the process.
Do any Visage competitors only charge when you hire?
Paraform says it takes a flat percentage of first-year base salary only when you hire, with a free replacement search if the hire doesn't work out within 90 days. Leoforce says you don't pay for candidates who don't qualify. Visage itself charges per Search plus an annual access fee.
