Noon vs NTRVSTA: two AI recruiting agents, compared honestly

Both agents source and reach out for you. They split on interviews, approval controls and how openly they price.

Full disclosure: this Noon vs NTRVSTA comparison was written by the NTRVSTA team, so we're one of the two products on the page. Everything we say about Noon comes from noon.ai, and the pages we used are listed under Sources.

Noon and NTRVSTA sit closer together than most pairs in this category. Both are AI recruiting agents that find people, contact them and sync back to your ATS. Noon calls itself "the world's first autonomous sourcer." NTRVSTA's agent, Carolina, carries a role from the first message through a live interview and a booked panel.

The short answer

Choose Noon if outbound sourcing is the job, you want unlimited seats and contacts on one quoted plan, and you value its inbound fraud flags and documented security program. Choose NTRVSTA if you also need a full live AI interview, outreach on WhatsApp as well as email and SMS, approval settings on each action, and prices you can read before a sales call. Both keep your ATS as the system of record.

How NTRVSTA works

You open a role and Carolina starts on it. It sources candidates and contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on where people answer. Every resume that comes in gets a score and a rank against the job, with a plain explanation of why. The people worth talking to get a live AI interview, by video avatar or audio only, that changes its questions and difficulty as the candidate answers. It covers engineers and non-technical roles alike, runs at any hour and in multiple languages, and ends with a score breakdown, video snippets and a report you can forward.

From there Carolina books interviews and panels on your calendar. You can ask it pipeline questions in plain English, and it posts a morning digest in Slack or Microsoft Teams. Each action carries a guardrail you choose: suggest, ask first, or auto. Offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. It runs on the systems you already have, such as Lever or Workday, and setup takes a few days, depending on customization.

How Noon works

Noon says you tell it who you need, and it builds a high-fit shortlist from across the open web, then reaches out "in your voice." On the inbound side, Noon says it reviews every application and flags fraudulent candidates. Its voice agent then holds a screening call with each candidate, responds to what they say and scores the call against your rubric. Noon's security page adds that it runs outreach and scheduling on your behalf.

Activity syncs back to your ATS through an integration layer that covers 20+ providers, so Noon doesn't become a second candidate database. Noon lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR compliance, SSO and SAML, data residency options and an annual third-party penetration test. It says 4,000+ recruiting teams use it and quotes customers such as Mercor and Handshake.

When Noon is the better choice

  • Your recruiters need volume at the top of the funnel and want unlimited seats, contacts and enrichment on a single plan.
  • You get fake or fraudulent applicants and want flags on inbound before anyone spends time on them. We don't publish that feature.
  • Your security review needs a SOC 2 Type II report, pen-test results or data residency options now. Noon lists them, and we don't publish them today.
  • A short voice screen is all the first round you need, because your hiring managers run the real interviews.

To be plain about where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we're newer and smaller than the incumbents, with no published customer case studies yet. We aren't an ATS or a system of record. We don't publish a proprietary profile database, so tools built around search depth, like SeekOut, hireEZ or Juicebox, offer more filters. For very high-volume hourly hiring built on SMS apply, Paradox, Fountain or Workstream fit better.

Pricing compared

Noon has one plan and no public price. The plan includes unlimited sourcing, email enrichment, contacts, agents and seats, email and SMS outreach, 20+ ATS integrations and AI screening. You get a figure by booking a demo. Noon's 10x ROI guarantee applies to annual subscriptions: it promises at least ten times the subscription value in recruiter time saved, up to a $1M target, or a full refund.

Our plans are on the pricing section of our homepage:

  • Starter: $0 for one open role and 10 AI interviews, no card required.
  • Team: $490/mo billed annually or $590 month to month, 60 AI interviews a month, then $12 each, up to 10 seats.
  • Scale: $1,490/mo billed annually or $1,790 month to month, 250 AI interviews a month, then $9 each.
  • Enterprise and agencies: priced per hire or per seat.

On monthly billing, Team works out to about $9.83 per included interview and Scale to about $7.16 per included interview. Annual billing cuts that by about 17%. An AI interview is one live session of up to 60 minutes. Ask both vendors to price the same roles and interview volume.

Questions

How much does Noon cost?

Noon doesn't publish a price. Its pricing page shows one plan with unlimited sourcing, enrichment, contacts, agents and seats, and you book a demo to get a quote. Noon also offers a 10x ROI guarantee on annual subscriptions, with a full refund if it falls short.

Does Noon run AI interviews?

Noon says its voice agent screens every candidate on a call, responds to what they say and scores the call against your rubric. It describes these as screening calls. NTRVSTA runs full live interviews by video avatar or audio, technical or non-technical, that adapt their questions and difficulty to each answer.

Does Noon replace my ATS?

No. Noon's security page says activity syncs back to your ATS through an integration layer covering 20+ providers, so the ATS stays the system of record. NTRVSTA works the same way: it connects to the ATS, HRIS and calendar you already run instead of replacing them.

Which one lets me control what the agent does on its own?

In NTRVSTA you set every action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. Noon says it sources, screens and reaches out autonomously, and the pages we checked don't describe per-action approval settings, so ask Noon to show you its controls in a demo.

Want to see Carolina take a role from sourcing to a booked panel? Book a demo with our team, or sit a sample AI interview the way a candidate would. Our audit summary is on the compliance page.
