Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this list of Noon alternatives, and our own product is the first entry. For every other tool we stuck to what its maker publishes, and the links are in the Sources section at the end.
Noon pitches itself as "the world's first autonomous sourcer." It says it builds shortlists from the open web, reaches out by email and SMS, flags fraudulent applicants and screens people on voice calls, then syncs everything to your ATS. So why look at Noon alternatives and competitors? Four reasons come up. Noon doesn't publish a price, so budgeting means a demo first. Its first round is a scored screening call, and some roles need a deeper interview. The pages we checked don't describe approval settings per action. And some teams want a published profile database or a channel Noon doesn't list, like WhatsApp or LinkedIn. If Noon already fills your pipeline and your managers run the interviews, staying is reasonable.
Noon alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
Like Noon, our agent Carolina sources candidates for each open role and reaches out for you, and it adds WhatsApp to email and SMS. The difference shows up after a reply. Carolina scores and ranks every resume against the job and explains the order. Then it runs a live AI interview, as a video avatar or audio only, that adapts questions and difficulty to each answer, for technical and non-technical roles, around the clock. It books interviews and panels through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, answers pipeline questions in plain English and sends a morning digest in Slack or Teams.
You decide how much it does alone: each action is set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. It works inside the stack you keep, such as Greenhouse or Ashby. Our AI interviews have a published NYC Local Law 144 audit on the compliance page. What we don't offer: a published profile database or inbound fraud flags. For the head-to-head, read Noon vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams whose bottleneck is screening and interviewing the people the sourcer finds.
2. Perfect
Perfect (goperfect.com) is the closest match to Noon's "set it and let it run" pitch. Perfect says one agent runs the pipeline: Deep Search studies the market and calibrates with you, Autopilot shortlists and sends multi-step outreach by email, LinkedIn and AI phone call, and the agent drafts a rubric-scored first-round screen and books the interview. It syncs to 60+ ATS and HR systems and lists SOC 2 Type II. Perfect says Autopilot sends each outreach step on schedule without approval, so check that against your own policy.
The price is public: $300 per open position a month, with all modules and unlimited seats. There's no free trial; Perfect runs a 15-minute demo on one of your live roles instead.
Best for: in-house and agency teams that want to pay by open role and reach candidates on LinkedIn and by phone.
3. Pin
Pin starts from a job title and matches candidates from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score. It then runs sequences from your own Gmail or Outlook, answers common replies from a knowledge base, pings you on Slack when it's unsure and books interviews on your calendar. Pin lists SMS and LinkedIn steps next to email. Each step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot, which answers the approval question directly. ATS sync is an add-on below Enterprise.
Best for: founders, agencies and small teams that want Noon-style automation with a free plan to test it.
4. hireEZ
hireEZ's EZ Agent goes further down the funnel than a pure sourcer. hireEZ says agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank every application, run conversational screens by voice or chat, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and book interviews through an AI Scheduler that handles panels and reschedules. Its stated rule is that nothing moves forward without your approval. hireEZ lists SOC 2 Type 2. Solo plans start at $494 a month with a 7-day trial.
Best for: enterprise TA and staffing teams that want an agent layer with explicit approval gates.
5. SeekOut
If your reason for leaving is search depth, SeekOut is the one to test. It says it searches 1B+ profiles together with your own ATS, so past applicants appear next to new names. Its agents build rubrics and draft personalized email campaigns, and SeekOut says recruiters approve or adjust at each critical step. An add-on scores inbound applicants, flags fraud signals and runs video screening interviews. SeekOut says it runs regular third-party bias audits. Sourcing Core costs $149 a month billed annually, with a 14-day free trial.
Best for: mid-market and enterprise teams that want a large index plus rediscovery of their own applicants.
6. Juicebox
Juicebox is the low-cost way to keep the sourcing half of Noon. You describe a role in plain English and Juicebox Search returns a ranked pool from 800M profiles across 30+ data sources, then sends AI-written email sequences from Gmail or Outlook. Juicebox Agents, $199 per agent a month, keep sourcing in the background. It doesn't publish screening calls, interviews or scheduling, and ATS sync sits on the custom Business plan.
Best for: solo recruiters and startups that only need search and email, priced per seat.

Questions
Why do teams look for Noon alternatives?
The common reasons are structural. Noon doesn't publish a price, its first-round screen is a voice call rather than a full interview, and the pages we checked don't describe per-action approval settings. Some teams also want a published profile database or outreach on WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
Which Noon competitors publish their prices?
NTRVSTA, Perfect, Pin, hireEZ, SeekOut and Juicebox all publish at least some prices. Perfect charges $300 per open position a month, Pin has a free plan, SeekOut's Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually, and hireEZ Solo starts at $494 a month. Noon quotes after a demo.
Is there a Noon alternative with a published bias audit?
NTRVSTA publishes an NYC Local Law 144 bias audit by Asenion, finalized October 20, 2026, covering its AI interviews. SeekOut says it runs regular third-party bias audits without naming LL144. The other tools here don't publish one on the pages we checked, and neither does Noon.
Can I keep my ATS if I switch from Noon?
Yes. Every tool on this list sits on top of an existing ATS rather than replacing it, the same way Noon does. Check that the specific ATS you run is on each vendor's list, and whether the sync is included in the plan you're quoted.
