Best AI sourcing tools for Workday in 2026

Eight options for Workday teams, from Workday's own Recruiting Agent to outside sourcers and agents that publish a Workday integration.

A quick disclosure before the list: NTRVSTA wrote this guide to AI sourcing tools for Workday, and we include ourselves. Every product below names Workday in its own published integrations or, in one case, is Workday's own AI. Facts about other vendors come from their sites and are linked under Sources.

TL;DR

Workday customers rarely need help storing candidates; they need more of the right ones, faster. The best AI sourcing tools for Workday fall into three groups: Workday's own Recruiting Agent for applicants you already have, outside sourcers with large profile databases, and agents that also screen and schedule.

  • Best for one agent that sources, interviews and books panels alongside Workday: NTRVSTA (us)
  • Best for a mature enterprise sourcing agent that also screens and books panels: hireEZ
  • Best for the largest published search index with ATS rediscovery: SeekOut
  • Best for rediscovering applicants already in Workday Recruiting: Workday Recruiting Agent
  • Best for skills-based workforce planning tied to Workday: Beamery

What actually matters when choosing AI sourcing tools for Workday

Start inside Workday. You probably have years of past applicants, referrals and CRM leads already, and rediscovering them is the cheapest sourcing there is. Workday's Recruiting Agent works on that pool; SeekOut and hireEZ also search your ATS alongside their external databases. Decide which tool owns rediscovery so two products don't contact the same alumni.

Next, plan for enterprise process. Workday tenants usually come with an integration team, a security questionnaire and change windows. Ask each vendor for a named integration contact, a test plan and a realistic go-live date, and read our checklist for adding AI to your ATS before the first call.

Finally, match the tool to the job. Skills planning and internal mobility point to a suite like Beamery or Findem. Filling open roles faster points to a sourcer or an agent. If the bottleneck is screening and scheduling at scale, weigh how far each tool carries a candidate past the first reply.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

NTRVSTA is first because we wrote the list and because it does more than search. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent agent, sources candidates for a requisition and contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp. It ranks every resume against the job and explains the order, interviews candidates live (adaptive, by video avatar or audio, for technical and non-technical roles, in multiple languages) and schedules panels through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. Workday stays your record; NTRVSTA + Workday describes what teams connect it for.

Each action can be set to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and compensation changes always go to a person. Leaders can ask Carolina about pipeline status in plain English. REST API and SFTP are available for data teams, and setup runs a few days for most companies, depending on customization. Enterprise is priced per hire or per seat; self-serve plans are on our pricing section. Our Asenion bias audit under NYC Local Law 144 covers the AI interviews, not sourcing or scoring (details).

Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we don't publish a profile database, so hireEZ or SeekOut will beat us on raw search breadth. We are not a workforce-planning or skills-intelligence suite like Beamery, Eightfold or Phenom. And we're newer and smaller, with no published case studies yet, which some enterprise procurement teams will weigh.

Best for: Workday enterprises that want sourcing, a live first-round interview and scheduling run by one agent under their own approval rules.

2. hireEZ

hireEZ names Workday among the ATS platforms its EZ Agent sits on, along with SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and Greenhouse. hireEZ says its agents source from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, read and rank applications, run AI phone or chat screens with the customer's questions, send email, SMS and InMail sequences, and coordinate panels and reschedules within your rules. It says nothing moves forward without your approval, and it lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001.

Solo starts at $494/mo; Enterprise is quoted against the tools it replaces. See NTRVSTA vs hireEZ.

Best for: large TA and staffing teams that want a mature sourcing agent layer over Workday.

3. SeekOut

SeekOut lists Workday among 14 named ATS integrations. It says its agents search 1B+ external profiles together with your ATS, build rubrics and run personalized email campaigns, with recruiters approving at key steps. Its custom Sourcing + Integration plan adds ATS rediscovery and market intelligence, and SeekOut publishes Fortune 500 customers such as Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson.

The self-serve Sourcing Core plan is $149/mo billed annually; enterprise plans are custom.

Best for: enterprise recruiting teams that want breadth of search and Workday history in one view.

4. Workday Recruiting Agent (HiredScore)

Workday bought HiredScore in a deal that closed March 29, 2024, and now sells the technology as its Recruiting Agent. Workday says it grades applicants against employer-defined requirements with an explained grade, rediscovers past applicants and CRM leads for open roles, and suggests next best actions inside Workday Recruiting and Microsoft Teams, with people making final decisions. It doesn't describe an external profile database or outreach channels. Workday is an NTRVSTA integration partner, and NTRVSTA works alongside its Recruiting Agent rather than in place of it.

Best for: Workday Recruiting customers who want AI grading and rediscovery without adding a vendor.

5. Findem

Workday is on Findem's integrations page. Findem pairs people data and relationship intelligence with agents for sourcing, screening, scheduling and ID checks, and sells AI interview software including autonomous video interviews. Its announced acquisition of Glider AI (March 2026) had no closing announcement that we found as of November 1, 2026. No public pricing.

Best for: TA and executive-search teams that want market maps and succession insight with their sourcing.

6. Beamery

Beamery names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors as integrations. It now positions as an AI platform for workforce transformation, modeling skills and roles, with an Execution Suite for sourcing, matching, talent CRM and talent marketing. Its agentic consultant, Ray, gives recommendations; Beamery says Ray does not act for you. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: large enterprises doing skills-based workforce planning that want talent CRM tied to Workday.

7. Juicebox

Juicebox lists Workday among 40+ ATS connections, with sync on its custom Business plan. Recruiters search 800M+ profiles in plain language and send AI-written sequences; it doesn't interview. Seats start at $99 a month, with a free tier.

Best for: individual recruiters inside a Workday company who want a fast search tool before IT signs off on a bigger platform.

8. Alfa AI

Workday is on Alfa's list of 75+ supported ATS platforms. It says it sources from 800M+ profiles, reaches out automatically, and screens through an audio or video interview with its avatar before sending scored candidates to your ATS. Pricing is by demo.

Best for: UK and European Workday customers that want an AI recruiter covering sourcing and first interviews.

Questions

Does Workday have its own AI for sourcing?

Workday sells a Recruiting Agent, built on its HiredScore acquisition, that grades applicants against job requirements and rediscovers past applicants and CRM leads inside Workday Recruiting. Workday does not describe an external profile database, so many teams add an outside sourcing tool for people who have never applied.

How long does it take to connect an AI sourcing tool to Workday?

It depends on the vendor and on your own change process. Enterprise Workday tenants usually need security review, an integration owner and testing before go-live. NTRVSTA says setup takes a few days for most teams, depending on customization; ask every vendor for a written plan.

Should we buy a talent intelligence suite or a sourcing tool?

Buy a suite like Beamery or Findem if skills planning, internal mobility or market mapping are part of the brief. Buy a sourcing tool or agent if the goal is filling today's open roles faster. Large companies sometimes run one of each.

Who should approve AI outreach in a Workday environment?

Set rules per action before launch. Let the tool suggest or draft at first, require a recruiter's approval for sending, and keep anything involving offers or pay with a person. Loosen controls role by role as results come in.
