Full disclosure: we built NTRVSTA, and it's one of the six GoPerfect alternatives below. We took every fact about the other products from their own websites, or from reputable press where noted, and the links are under Sources.
Perfect (goperfect.com) bills itself as "the autonomous recruiter." It says one agent runs Deep Search, sends Autopilot outreach by email, LinkedIn and AI phone call, drafts a rubric-scored first screen and lets candidates book the first interview, all synced to 60+ ATS and HR systems. That's a lot of ground, so why compare GoPerfect alternatives and competitors? Teams usually give one of these reasons. Per-role pricing adds up when many roles are open at once. They want a deeper first round than a scored screen. They want outreach on SMS or WhatsApp. They're uneasy that Autopilot sends each outreach step without approval. Or they want a free plan rather than a demo. If phone and LinkedIn outreach are working for you and your roles are few, stay put.
GoPerfect alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
Carolina covers the same stretch Perfect does, from sourcing to a booked interview, but the middle looks different. Outreach goes by email, SMS and WhatsApp instead of LinkedIn and phone. Every resume is scored and ranked against the job with the reasoning shown. The first round is a live AI interview, as a video avatar or audio only, that raises or lowers difficulty with each answer and handles technical and non-technical roles at any hour. Carolina then schedules panels through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly and posts a morning digest in Slack or Teams.
Control is set per action: suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and compensation changes always wait for a person. It works with the systems you already run, such as Workday or Lever, and our AI interviews have a published NYC Local Law 144 audit on the compliance page. We don't make AI phone calls or LinkedIn outreach, so if those channels are why you chose Perfect, weigh that. The full comparison is at GoPerfect vs NTRVSTA.
Best for: teams that want the interview itself handled well, with guardrails they set.
2. Noon
Noon is the nearest like-for-like swap. It calls itself "the world's first autonomous sourcer" and says it builds shortlists from the open web, writes outreach in your voice by email and SMS, reviews every inbound application and flags fraudulent candidates. Its voice agent holds a screening call with each candidate and scores it against your rubric, and Noon says it runs scheduling too. Activity syncs to 20+ ATS providers, and Noon lists SOC 2 Type II.
The billing model is the big contrast with Perfect. Noon has one plan with unlimited sourcing, contacts, agents and seats, priced by quote after a demo, and a 10x ROI guarantee on annual subscriptions.
Best for: teams with many roles open at once that would rather pay one quoted fee than a per-role rate.
3. hireEZ
hireEZ suits teams that like Perfect's scope but want explicit sign-off at each stage. hireEZ says its EZ Agent sources from 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, reads and ranks every application, runs conversational screens by voice or chat, sends email, SMS and InMail sequences and books interviews with an AI Scheduler that coordinates panels and reschedules. Its stated rule is that "nothing moves forward without your approval." It names Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and Greenhouse among its ATS connections.
Best for: enterprise TA and staffing teams that want sourcing through scheduling with approval gates.
4. Pin
Pin gets you most of Perfect's sourcing and booking flow on a per-user price, with a free plan to try it. Pin says it matches candidates from 850M+ profiles with an explained fit score for you to approve, sends sequences from your Gmail or Outlook, answers replies from a knowledge base and books interviews on your calendar. It lists SMS and LinkedIn steps alongside email. Every step can run hands-on, as co-pilot or on full autopilot. ATS sync is an add-on below its Enterprise tier, and Pin doesn't run interviews.
Best for: founders, agencies and small in-house teams that want automated outreach without a per-role bill.
5. Jack & Jill
Jack & Jill takes a different route to the same shortlist. Jill, its hiring agent, takes your brief, builds a rubric and job description, then matches the role against people who have talked with Jack, its free career agent, and requests direct introductions when both sides fit. Candidates opt in before any intro. Paid plans also search 1B+ public profiles, and you work with Jill over email and Slack. Like Perfect, it prices per role: Hire Jill is $199 per active role a month, and Meet Jill is free.
Best for: seed to Series C startups that would rather meet interested candidates than run cold outbound.
6. Alfa AI
Alfa AI, based in London, is the pick if you want an interview with a face on it. Alfa says it writes the brief with you, publishes job ads, sources from 800M+ profiles and reaches out automatically, then interviews candidates by audio or video with Lisa, its AI avatar. You get an evidence-backed fit score, and candidates sync into ATSs such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever and Bullhorn. Alfa shows a SOC 2 badge. Pricing isn't published; you book a demo, and a public demo interview is available.
Best for: UK, European and agency teams that want sourcing and avatar interviews from one agent.
When to stay with Perfect
- Your candidates answer LinkedIn messages and phone calls more than email or text, and Perfect's AI calls are getting replies.
- You keep a small, steady number of roles open, so $300 per open position with unlimited seats is easy to budget.
- You want outreach that keeps running without a recruiter clicking approve on every step.
- Your ATS is one of the 60+ Perfect syncs with, and the built-in pipeline and candidate CRM already hold your history.

Questions
What is the closest alternative to GoPerfect?
Noon and hireEZ are the closest in scope. Both source, reach out, screen and schedule on top of your ATS. Noon quotes one unlimited plan after a demo, while hireEZ publishes a Solo plan from $494 a month and says nothing moves forward without your approval.
Which GoPerfect competitors also price per role?
Jack & Jill does. Its Hire Jill plan is $199 per active role a month, and Meet Jill is free. Perfect charges $300 per open position a month. NTRVSTA prices by AI interviews per month instead, with a free Starter plan for one open role.
Which alternatives run a real AI interview instead of a phone screen?
NTRVSTA runs live, adaptive interviews by video avatar or audio for technical and non-technical roles. Alfa AI says its avatar, Lisa, interviews candidates by audio or video. hireEZ and Noon run voice screens. Pin and Jack & Jill don't publish an interviewer.
Do any of these let me approve each step?
Yes. NTRVSTA lets you set each action to suggest, ask first or auto. Pin lets each step run hands-on, as co-pilot or on autopilot. hireEZ says nothing moves forward without your approval. Jack & Jill asks you to approve who you meet, and candidates opt in first.
Thinking about a switch? Book a demo and watch Carolina work one of your open roles, or take the AI interview as a candidate first.
