Full disclosure: NTRVSTA wrote this list of Avature alternatives, and our product is on it. We stuck to what each company publishes about itself, and every source is linked at the end.
Avature is a big, configurable platform: ATS, CRM, high-volume and executive search, contingent workforce, career sites and talent management in one place. Teams start looking at Avature alternatives and competitors for a few structural reasons. Some want a different suite with built-in AI interviewing. Some have a perfectly good ATS (often Workday or SAP SuccessFactors) and don't want a migration, just an AI layer that sources and screens on top of it. And some want prices they can see before a sales cycle. If Avature already runs your recruiting well, the best move may be to add a tool beside it, not to leave.
The alternatives at a glance
1. NTRVSTA (us)
NTRVSTA is not another suite, and that is the point. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, works inside the systems you already run. It sources candidates for each open role and reaches out by email, SMS and WhatsApp. It scores and ranks every resume against the job and explains why. It runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio for technical and non-technical roles, around the clock, then schedules the next round with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly. You set each action to suggest, ask first or auto, and offers and pay changes always wait for a person. Our NYC Local Law 144 audit by Asenion covers the AI interviews; details are on our compliance page.
What we don't replace: your ATS, your CRM or your talent management. We connect to 70 named systems, including Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, plus a REST API and SFTP. Avature itself isn't on that list, so ask us how the connection would work before you plan around it. We are also newer and smaller than Avature, with no published case studies yet.
Best for: Teams with an ATS they plan to keep that want sourcing, screening, AI interviews and scheduling done for them inside it.
2. Phenom
Phenom is the closest like-for-like swap here. It sells an AI talent platform covering career site, talent CRM, scheduling, onboarding, internal talent marketplace and workforce intelligence, with agents coordinated by a layer it calls WorkOps. Phenom says its Voice Screening Agent calls candidates soon after they apply and scores answers 1 to 5 against a rubric, and its AI Interviewer holds real-time voice conversations with follow-ups. Phenom says every rating is a proposal the recruiter accepts or overrides. It lists SOC 2 Type II and several ISO certifications.
Best for: Large and high-volume employers that want a full talent platform with voice screening and AI interviews built in.
3. Eightfold
Eightfold is a talent intelligence platform with an AI Interviewer that it says runs adaptive interviews by video, audio or text, covering screening, STAR-style functional questions, coding and language assessments. Eightfold says it was independently bias-audited under NYC LL144 with published results, and it lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO certifications and FedRAMP Moderate, which matters if you chose Avature for FedRAMP. Eightfold is also facing an FCRA class action (Kistler v. Eightfold AI, filed January 2026) about candidate Match Scores, not the interviewer; a motion to dismiss is pending.
Best for: Large enterprises and government buyers that want AI interviews inside a talent intelligence suite with heavy certifications.
4. Beamery
Beamery has moved toward workforce transformation. It says it unifies skills, roles, people and market data to model workforce scenarios, with an Execution Suite for sourcing, matching, talent CRM and talent marketing. Its agentic consultant, Ray, gives recommendations, and Beamery says plainly that Ray does not act for you. It publishes integrations with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. Beamery does not publish AI interviewing or scheduling.
Best for: Large enterprises doing skills-based workforce planning that want talent CRM and matching connected to Workday or SuccessFactors.
5. SeekOut
SeekOut calls itself "the agentic AI recruiting platform that runs on your terms." It searches 1B+ profiles plus your ATS, and its agents build rubrics, find candidates and run personalized email campaigns, with recruiters approving or adjusting at key steps. Avature appears on SeekOut's list of ATS systems, alongside Workday, Greenhouse and others, so it can sit beside Avature instead of replacing it. An Applicant Evaluation and AI Screening add-on scores inbound applicants and, per SeekOut, runs video screening interviews. Scheduling is not published.
Best for: Enterprise and mid-market teams that want a large external talent index and ATS rediscovery without changing their ATS.
6. Findem
Findem builds what it calls expert-labeled people data and relationship intelligence, with Findem Studio agents for sourcing, screening, assessments, ID verification and scheduling. Its Scheduling Agent books interviews and assembles panels after a recruiter approves the criteria. Findem announced on March 19, 2026 a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI (AI interviews and assessments); as of November 1, 2026 we found no closing announcement. It lists Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and other ATS integrations.
Best for: TA, executive search and VC/PE talent teams that want people-data intelligence plus sourcing and screening agents.
When to stay with Avature
Stay if Avature is doing the job of a system of record across many business units, and your pain is a missing capability, not the platform. Avature's configurability, contingent workforce and executive search modules, and its FedRAMP claim are hard to match in one product. Moving every requisition, candidate record and workflow is a real project. In that case, add a sourcing tool or an AI recruiter alongside it and keep Avature at the center.

Questions
What is the closest alternative to Avature?
For a like-for-like enterprise platform, Phenom is the closest on this list: career site, CRM, scheduling and internal mobility, plus its own AI interviewer. Beamery and Eightfold overlap on talent CRM and matching but lean toward skills intelligence.
Can I add AI to Avature instead of replacing it?
Yes, that is often cheaper than a migration. SeekOut lists Avature among the ATS systems it works with, for sourcing and rediscovery. Avature is not on NTRVSTA's named integration list, so ask on a demo how a connection over our REST API or SFTP would work for you.
Which Avature competitors run AI interviews?
NTRVSTA, Phenom, Eightfold and Findem all describe AI interviewing. NTRVSTA's is live and adaptive by video avatar or audio. Phenom says its AI Interviewer is a real-time voice conversation, and Eightfold offers video, audio and text formats.
Do any Avature alternatives publish prices?
Yes, a few do. NTRVSTA publishes its plans, starting with a free Starter plan for one open role. SeekOut lists Sourcing Core at $149 a month billed annually. Phenom, Eightfold, Beamery and Findem do not publish prices.
If keeping your ATS and adding an AI recruiter sounds right, book a 20-minute demo or take a sample AI interview. Plans and limits are on our pricing section.
