NTRVSTA is agentic AI for sourcing, recruiting and hiring. Carolina, our AI Head of Talent, picks up each open role in your ATS. She sources candidates and contacts them by email, SMS or WhatsApp. She scores and ranks every resume against the job and says why. Then she runs a live AI interview, as a video avatar or on audio, any time of day. The interview adapts its questions to each answer, handles technical and non-technical roles, and runs in multiple languages. Hiring managers get a score breakdown, video snippets and a shareable report.
Carolina books the next rounds with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, answers pipeline questions in plain English, and sends a morning digest to Slack or Microsoft Teams. Every action has a guardrail you set (suggest, ask first, or auto), and offers or pay changes always wait for a person. Your ATS stays your system of record: NTRVSTA connects to 70 systems, from Workday to Oracle Recruiting, and setup takes a few days for most teams, depending on customization.

X0PA's AI Recruiter is a full ATS, from job posting to 2,000+ boards through offers, a recruitment CRM and career pages. Its AI layer is a team of named agents. Jeni orchestrates the hiring lifecycle, Alex screens and shortlists, Skyy runs dialogue-based competency assessments, Tina writes and distributes job descriptions, Ruby chats with candidates on career sites, Chan schedules, Zeus transcribes meetings and Kate builds reports. Matching runs on what X0PA calls a patented 35,000+ skills taxonomy.
X0PA ROOM is the assessment side: asynchronous video and text assessments that X0PA says can run for thousands of candidates at once, with NLP analysis of communication and job fit. X0PA says it is ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 compliant and aligned with GDPR, has implemented Singapore's AI Verify framework, and holds the Dubai AI Seal. It says it powers recruitment across 100+ organizations, mostly government agencies and global enterprises.
When X0PA AI is the better choice
- You want to replace your ATS, and you'd rather buy one AI-native system than add an agent to an existing one.
- You're a public agency, university or employer in Singapore or the Gulf, where AI Verify and the Dubai AI Seal carry weight with procurement.
- You need university admissions screening or RPO workflow tools, which X0PA sells as separate products.
- You want large async assessment volumes, with candidates recording answers on their own time.
Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we're newer and smaller, and we have no published customer case studies yet. Yes. X0PA calls its AI Recruiter an AI applicant tracking system, with job posting, applicant management, offers, a recruitment CRM, analytics and career pages, plus AI agents on top. NTRVSTA is not an ATS. It connects to the ATS you already use and works inside it.
Does X0PA AI run live AI interviews?
X0PA ROOM runs asynchronous AI video and text assessments, its Skyy agent runs dialogue-based competency assessments, and its platform supports live interviews led by people with AI-assisted evaluation. A live AI voice or avatar interviewer is not stated on its site. NTRVSTA's Carolina runs live, adaptive AI interviews by video avatar or audio.
