How NTRVSTA works
NTRVSTA is built around Carolina, an AI recruiter that plugs into the systems your team already uses rather than sitting beside them. When a role opens, she looks for candidates who fit it and starts conversations by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Every resume that comes in gets a score against the job, along with the reasoning, so a recruiter can see why one person ranks above another.
Shortlisted candidates get a live AI interview, any time of day, as a video avatar or as audio. The questions shift with each answer, and the same flow works for an engineer or an account manager. Afterward you see a score breakdown, short video clips of key moments and a report to forward. Carolina then sets up panels through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom or Calendly, and answers questions about the pipeline in plain English, with a morning summary in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Control is per action. You choose whether Carolina suggests a step, asks before taking it, or just does it, and offers and compensation changes always go to a person. Setup usually takes a few days, depending on customization.
How Joveo works
Joveo comes from the other end of the funnel. It is best known for programmatic job advertising, which spreads job ads across many sources and shifts spend toward what performs. Today it sells AI job ads and AI social ads that reach passive candidates on LinkedIn, Meta, search, display and audio, plus AI-built career sites and landing pages. A talent CRM runs email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to past applicants and new prospects, and a 24/7 chatbot answers questions and helps people apply.
Joveo's AI Interviewer runs structured interviews on demand by web, phone or WhatsApp. Joveo says it asks follow-up questions when an answer needs more depth, scores every response against a rubric, and writes scores, summaries and transcripts back to the ATS. Its scheduling agent lets candidates book open slots and sends reminders. Joveo names customers including Uber, Johnson & Johnson, Wells Fargo, Adecco and Randstad, and we found no acquisition or published NYC Local Law 144 audit.
When Joveo is the better choice
- You spend heavily on job advertising and want an AI to manage bids, budgets and channels across job boards and social sites.
- You need new career sites or campaign landing pages built quickly, alongside screening.
- Your candidates expect to interview by phone call or WhatsApp rather than in a browser.
- You want a vendor already used by large staffing firms and RPOs such as Adecco, Randstad and AMS.

Joveo doesn't list prices. It says pricing depends on the scale of your campaigns, the channels you use and your goals, and because ad spend is part of what it manages, any quote will depend on your media budget.
