When IT manages access through Okta, every new tool the recruiting team adopts gets the same question: can people sign in with their company identity? For NTRVSTA, the answer is yes. This page covers the Okta AI interview integration, which lets your hiring team sign in to NTRVSTA through Okta using SSO/SAML, who it is for, and how it is set up. SSO/SAML is part of the NTRVSTA Enterprise plan.
What the Okta AI interview integration does
This integration is about who gets into NTRVSTA, not about candidate data. Recruiters, coordinators and hiring managers sign in to NTRVSTA with the same company identity they use for email and other work apps, through single sign-on (SSO) using SAML. They do not need a separate NTRVSTA password to remember or reset.
For IT and security teams, the benefit is control from one place. Access to NTRVSTA follows the identity your company already manages in Okta, which matters for a tool that holds interview recordings, scores and candidate reports. Candidates are not affected: they never sign in with your Okta, and they take their interview from a link as usual.
How teams use NTRVSTA with Okta
- Bringing a new tool past security review. Enterprise IT teams that require SSO for every work app can add NTRVSTA to the list of apps people reach with their company login.
- Many hiring managers, few recruiters. When dozens of managers need to read shareable candidate reports, score breakdowns and video snippets, company sign-in saves each of them another account.
- Access that tracks the org chart. When recruiters change teams or leave, access to interview results is managed with the identity your IT team already controls.
- Compliance conversations. Pair controlled access with NTRVSTA's published NYC Local Law 144 bias audit, summarized on our compliance page, when legal and security review the AI interview step together.
Setting it up
SSO/SAML comes with the Enterprise plan, which also includes custom credits, a dedicated CSM and an on-prem option. See our pricing for how the plans compare. Once you are on Enterprise, the NTRVSTA team works with your Okta administrator to set up sign-in. Most teams finish within a few days, depending on customization.
On your side, you will need an Okta admin who can add an application and assign it to the right groups, such as recruiting and hiring managers. Book a demo and bring someone from IT if you can.
About Okta
Okta describes its Okta and Auth0 platforms as providing secure access, authentication and automation, with identity at the center of business security. Its single sign-on product page says SSO gives employees, partners and AI agents secure access to the tools they need, and that it can bring existing directories such as AD, LDAP and HR systems into one place for IT to manage.
