We wrote this, and we're NTRVSTA, one of the two products compared here. Our facts about Glider AI come from Glider's and Findem's own pages and one news report, all linked at the end.
The short answer
Glider AI is a skills-validation platform with four parts: Engage (AI recruiter, AI voice phone screens, chatbot), Verify (ID verification, AI proctoring), Assess (technical and competency tests, coding simulations) and Interview (AI video interviews, one-way video, live coding). Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026. NTRVSTA is a live AI interviewer that adapts difficulty to each answer. Choose Glider AI if you're a staffing firm or a company with a large contingent workforce that needs testing, proctoring and ID checks in one stack. Choose NTRVSTA if a live, adaptive interview is the core of what you need, with prices you can see.
Side by side: Glider AI vs NTRVSTA
How NTRVSTA works
NTRVSTA's whole product is built around one live conversation. Candidates start the interview from a link at any hour, and an AI interviewer, either a video avatar or a voice, takes them through it. Every answer changes what comes next. Strong responses lead to tougher questions and weak ones to simpler ground, so the final score reflects where each person's skill actually lands.
The exam library keeps it useful across roles. Technical topics include Java, Python, C++, JavaScript and more, React, Angular, Node.js, AI/ML and DevOps tools, with an interactive whiteboard for system design. Non-technical roles get STAR behavioral questions and soft-skill topics like leadership and communication. Hints are available, and you can tailor the avatar, brand the interview and run it in multiple languages.
The output is a score breakdown (technical skills, English proficiency, communication), video snippets of key moments, and a report you can share with a client or hiring manager. AI resume scoring ranks every applicant against the job description. NTRVSTA connects to your ATS (Lever and others), and setup usually takes a few days.
How Glider AI works
Glider AI describes four modules. Engage includes an AI recruiter, AI voice phone screens and a chatbot. Verify covers ID verification and AI proctoring. Assess offers technical and competency assessments and coding simulations. Interview includes AI video interviews, one-way video and live coding. Glider says its conversational AI evaluates skills, fit and integrity.
Glider is heavily used by staffing and contingent-workforce firms, which shows in its integration list: alongside ATS tools like Lever, SmartRecruiters, Bullhorn, Workday and iCIMS, it lists vendor-management and staffing systems such as Beeline, JobDiva and Magnit. Customers it names include FedEx, Emirates, EY, Infosys and Mastercard.
On ownership: Findem announced a definitive agreement to acquire Glider AI on March 19, 2026, with terms undisclosed. Glider's homepage now headlines the Findem deal, and Findem says the Glider brand continues inside Findem, led by Satish Kumar. If you're evaluating Glider, ask how the combined Findem product roadmap affects your contract.
When Glider AI is the better choice
- You're a staffing firm and want assessments, ID checks, proctoring and screening in one platform tied to your VMS and staffing ATS, such as Bullhorn, JobDiva or Beeline.
- Fraud and identity are big risks in your hiring, and you need ID verification and AI proctoring on every candidate.
- You want coding simulations and formal skills tests, not only an interview.
- You're already looking at Findem for sourcing and want to keep tools with one vendor.
And where we're not the answer: NTRVSTA doesn't sell ID verification, proctoring or coding simulations, and we're not an ATS. Our native integrations are a short list, and our public API is still coming soon. Hourly high-volume hiring with SMS apply and chat scheduling is better served by Paradox or Fountain. If you'd rather use human interviewers, Karat is that kind of service. We're also newer than Glider, with fewer published enterprise case studies.
Pricing compared
Glider AI doesn't publish pricing. You'll need a quote, and given the announced Findem deal, it's fair to ask whether packaging or pricing is expected to change.
NTRVSTA's pricing is public on our pricing section, using credits per interview minute: 1 for audio, 3 for an avatar. Free Demo is $0 with 50 credits. Starter is $299/mo with 1,500 credits, about 30 interviews and 3 concurrent. Growth is $699/mo with 4,000 credits, about 80 interviews and 5 concurrent. Scale is $1,999/mo with 12,500 credits, about 250 interviews, 15 concurrent and an SLA. Enterprise is custom, with SSO/SAML, a dedicated CSM and on-prem available.
For a staffing desk running 80 interviews a month on Growth, the cost is about $8.74 per interview, or $0.35 a minute. Picking audio over avatar triples how far your credits go: a 25-minute audio interview uses 25 credits, the avatar version 75. More on this in our AI interview pricing guide.
