Best AI interview tools for Bullhorn in 2026

For staffing and recruitment agencies on Bullhorn: eight AI interview and screening tools that name Bullhorn on their own sites, ranked for submittal quality and speed.

Disclosure first: NTRVSTA wrote this guide to AI interview tools for Bullhorn, and our own product is one of the eight reviewed. A tool made the list only if its vendor names Bullhorn on its own site, and those pages are linked under Sources.

What actually matters in a Bullhorn AI interview setup

Agency hiring isn't corporate hiring. Speed to submittal decides who gets the placement, each recruiter carries many requirements at once, and the client makes the final call. So the first question for any vendor is what lands in Bullhorn after the interview, and whether you can forward it to the client. A score helps the recruiter. A transcript, a short clip or a shareable report helps the account manager sell the candidate.

Next, decide where the AI sits in your desk's workflow. Some tools call and text candidates and re-engage people already sitting in your database. Others run a structured interview that candidates open from a link. Plenty of agencies need both. Work out which gap costs you more placements before you compare demos.

Last, test the plumbing in a Bullhorn sandbox. Ask each vendor to show how an applicant on a job order gets invited and which record the results attach to. Some vendors put integrations on higher plans, so get the price with Bullhorn included in writing. If a second desk runs on JobDiva or TempWorks, ask about that system too.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

NTRVSTA lists Bullhorn among the systems it connects, along with staffing tools such as JobDiva, Avionté and TempWorks. The purpose is simple: move applicants from a job order into an AI first-round interview, and get the outcome in front of the recruiter who owns the requirement. Our Bullhorn integration page explains how agencies set it up. Most are running within a few days, depending on customization.

The interview itself is live. An AI interviewer, shown as a video avatar or heard as audio, asks questions and raises or lowers difficulty based on each answer. That helps IT desks, where a recruiter can't judge a Java or DevOps answer, and professional desks, where STAR behavioral questions do the work. Candidates take it at any hour. Agencies get a score breakdown for technical skills, English proficiency and communication, video snippets of key moments, and a shareable report to attach to a submittal. AI resume scoring ranks the applicant list against the client's job description first.

Pricing is public, from a $0 Free Demo to Starter at $299/mo and Growth at $699/mo. Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: it isn't a phone or SMS outreach engine, so it won't reactivate a cold database or chat-schedule hourly shifts. A light industrial desk filling dozens of shifts a week is better served by a voice recruiter or a conversational tool.

Best for: agencies that want every submittal backed by a structured, scored interview, especially on IT and professional desks.

2. ConverzAI

ConverzAI is built for staffing firms, and its integration list reads like an agency tech stack: Bullhorn, Avionté, Ceipal, Erecruit, JobDiva, LaborEdge, Salesforce, TargetRecruit, TempWorks and Tracker, plus custom ATS work. Its Virtual Recruiter calls, texts and emails candidates. ConverzAI says it can lead interviews on its own, match people already in the ATS to open roles, and write results back to the ATS.

ConverzAI says it has third-party AI bias audits and SOC 2 Type II, though it doesn't name NYC Local Law 144. Press coverage reports a $16M Series A in February 2025. Pricing isn't published. Our NTRVSTA vs ConverzAI comparison goes deeper.

Best for: agencies that want an AI voice recruiter to work the phones and re-engage their Bullhorn database at volume.

3. HeyMilo

HeyMilo names Bullhorn in a long integration list that also includes Avionté and JobDiva, so it can sit in a mixed staffing stack. Its AI agents screen candidates through voice and video interviews, SMS and forms, around the clock and in 20+ languages, per HeyMilo. Answers are scored against your criteria with written reasoning, resumes are scored automatically, and HeyMilo adds ID verification and cheating flags before syncing reports and transcripts to the ATS.

Pricing isn't published.

Best for: agencies screening large applicant pools across several channels that want one vendor for voice, video and text.

4. Glider AI

Glider AI lists Bullhorn next to vendor management systems such as Beeline and Magnit, which tells you who it serves: staffing firms and enterprises running contingent workforce programs. The platform covers AI voice phone screens, AI and one-way video interviews, live coding, skills assessments, ID verification and AI proctoring. Glider's pages don't confirm a real-time adaptive interviewer, so treat its AI interview as one part of a skills-validation stack.

On March 19, 2026, Findem announced a definitive agreement to buy Glider AI. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: MSP and contingent programs that need proven skills and identity before a candidate is submitted.

5. Ribbon

Ribbon names Bullhorn among the 60+ ATS it says it supports. Its AI interviewer runs voice or video interviews that adapt to answers, available 24/7 from any phone, and scores them against custom rubrics, with an integrity monitor for off-screen activity. Ribbon also does sourcing and SMS, WhatsApp and email outreach, mostly for frontline roles. It says it has an NYC Local Law 144 bias audit, last audited in 2025.

On October 23, 2026, Dayforce announced a definitive agreement to acquire Ribbon; the deal was still pending when we checked. Pricing isn't published, and Ribbon offers a 7-day free trial.

Best for: agencies filling warehouse, retail and other frontline orders that want to start self-serve.

6. Interviewer.AI

Interviewer.AI lists Bullhorn with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters, but its pricing page puts ATS integrations on the Enterprise plan. The $199/mo Essential plan covers AI-scored one-way video and resume screening. Professional ($399/mo) adds conversational avatar interviews with dynamic follow-ups. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial.

Best for: smaller agencies in APAC, the UK or ANZ that want to try avatar interviews cheaply before signing an Enterprise contract.

7. Spark Hire

Spark Hire says it connects to 100+ providers, and its partner page names Bullhorn along with Ceipal, Avature and others. Its interview product is one-way video: candidates record answers to set questions, and Spark Hire summarizes and scores the responses, with transcription in 50+ languages. There's no AI interviewer. Video Interviews start at $249/mo billed annually, or $299/mo month to month.

Best for: agencies that want recorded intro videos to send clients, without an AI running the conversation.

8. BrightHire

BrightHire includes Bullhorn on its integrations page. Its core product records and transcribes human interviews, writes notes and scorecards, and coaches interviewers,, useful for notes on recruiter screens. BrightHire Screen adds an asynchronous AI voice or video screen with follow-ups drawn from the job description, in 30+ languages. BrightHire has been part of Zoom since that acquisition closed in December 2025. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: agencies whose recruiters still run their own calls and want AI notes on all of them.

Questions

Can an AI interview replace the recruiter phone screen at a staffing agency?

For the first round, often yes. It works best when the AI asks the questions your recruiters would ask and hands back a scored record they can review. Recruiters still own the candidate relationship, the pay conversation and the decision to submit. Most agencies start with one desk, compare results with their own screens, then expand.

Will clients accept AI interview results with a submittal?

Many will, if what you send is evidence they can check, like a transcript, a short video clip or a scored report, rather than a bare number. Ask your key clients first. If a client hires in New York City, ask about bias audits. NTRVSTA's audit is on our compliance page.

Do these tools connect to Bullhorn on every plan?

Not always. Interviewer.AI puts ATS integrations on its Enterprise plan, and Juicebox puts ATS sync on its Business plan. Several other vendors here don't publish pricing at all. Ask each one for a written quote that includes the Bullhorn connection.

What if our agency runs Bullhorn and another ATS?

That's common for agencies that grew by acquisition or run separate desks. ConverzAI and HeyMilo both list staffing systems besides Bullhorn, such as JobDiva and Avionté. NTRVSTA also connects with JobDiva, Avionté, Ceipal, Crelate, Loxo, Recruit CRM and TempWorks. Confirm each system with the vendor before you sign.

Run a Bullhorn desk and want to see a scored AI first round before your next submittal? Take a sample interview yourself, or book a 20-minute demo with our agency team. Plans and per-interview costs are on our pricing page.

We checked each vendor's Bullhorn listing, pricing and features in October 2026. Integration lists and plans change often, so confirm Bullhorn support with the vendor before you buy.
