Best AI interview tools for SAP SuccessFactors in 2026

Eight AI interview, chat screening and assessment tools that name SAP SuccessFactors on their own sites, compared for large and global hiring programs.

In the interest of disclosure: this guide comes from the NTRVSTA team, and NTRVSTA is the first of the eight AI interview tools for SAP SuccessFactors on it. We only included vendors that name SuccessFactors on their own websites, and every claim about them traces back to the pages listed under Sources.

TL;DR

SuccessFactors customers are usually large, global and careful buyers. The right SAP SuccessFactors AI interview tool depends on whether you're screening professionals, where depth of answer matters, or frontline volume, where speed and mobile apply matter. NTRVSTA, Talview and iMocha fit the first; Paradox, Sapia.ai and Humanly fit the second.

  • Best for live, adaptive first rounds across technical and business roles, with public pricing: NTRVSTA (us)
  • Best for an AI video interviewer with proctoring and ID checks: Talview (Ivy)

  • Best for frontline chat and SMS apply and scheduling: Paradox
  • Best for text interviews with every applicant: Sapia.ai

What actually matters when choosing a SuccessFactors interview tool

Enterprise programs on SuccessFactors often run through procurement, security review and, in Europe, works council consultation. That changes the shortlist before features even come up. Ask early where candidate data is stored, which languages are supported, and what security documents the vendor can share. Several vendors here publish ISO 27001 or SOC 2 claims about themselves. We haven't published security certifications at NTRVSTA, so if a certificate is a hard requirement, raise it on the first call.

Next, understand the route into SAP. Talview's Ivy and Alvy agents appear on an SAP SuccessFactors partner listing on SAP's own site. The other vendors list SuccessFactors on their own integration pages. Either way, ask to see the candidate flow in your own tenant: how invites are triggered, and where results show up for hiring managers who will never log into the vendor's tool.

Finally, be honest about volume. If most of your requisitions are hourly or seasonal, a chat or SMS tool will matter more than interview depth, and our high-volume hiring software guide covers that side. If they're salaried roles where a weak hire is costly, put the interview quality first.

1. NTRVSTA (us)

SAP SuccessFactors is on NTRVSTA's integration list, alongside other HR systems such as Workday and Dayforce. Teams connect them so candidates in a SuccessFactors requisition can be invited to an AI first round and recruiters can see how each person did. Our SAP SuccessFactors integration page covers setup, which takes a few days for most teams, depending on customization. A REST API and SFTP are also available for teams with their own data flows.

The interviewer appears as a video avatar, which can be tailored to look like your own recruiter, or as audio, and interviews can be branded per role. It changes questions and difficulty as the candidate answers and can run in multiple languages, so a global program can use one process across regions. Candidates take it at any hour. Hiring managers get a score breakdown (technical skills, English proficiency, communication), clips of key moments and a report they can share. Before any of that, AI resume scoring ranks each applicant against the job description.

Enterprise plans add custom credits, SSO/SAML, a dedicated CSM and an on-prem option; self-serve plans start at $299/mo. Our NYC Local Law 144 bias audit, by Asenion, was finalized on October 20, 2026 (details on our compliance page). Where NTRVSTA isn't the right fit: we're newer and smaller than most enterprise incumbents, with fewer published enterprise case studies, and we're not built for SMS-apply hourly hiring.

Best for: SuccessFactors teams that want one adaptive interviewer for engineering, finance, sales and operations roles across regions.

2. Talview (Ivy)

Talview lists SAP SuccessFactors and Workday among its integrations, and SAP's site carries a partner listing for Talview's Ivy interviewing agent and Alvy proctoring agent. Per Talview, Ivy is a human-like AI video interviewer that uses multilingual, brand-aligned personas, asks contextual follow-ups and evaluates answers in real time. Talview also sells AI proctoring, identity verification, and live interview rooms with deepfake detection.

Pricing is custom and unit-based, with a minimum commitment of roughly 150 to 200 candidates, and Talview accepts Azure credits. It lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Best for: enterprises and certification bodies that need an AI interviewer and serious proctoring in one contract.

3. iMocha (Tara)

iMocha lists SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle among its integrations. It calls itself a skills intelligence platform, with 10,000+ assessments covering coding, cognitive, domain and communication skills. Its AI interviewer, Tara, greets candidates after an audio check, asks questions they answer out loud, follows up based on their answers and scores skills against role profiles, per iMocha. On security, iMocha lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: large enterprises, especially in IT services, that want assessments, workforce skills data and an AI interviewer together.

4. HeyMilo

HeyMilo includes SuccessFactors on its integrations list, along with Workday, UKG and iCIMS. For a global SuccessFactors program, the draw is reach: voice and video AI interviews plus SMS and forms, available 24/7 in 20+ languages, per HeyMilo. It scores answers against your criteria with written reasoning and adds ID verification and cheat flags. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: multinational employers screening large applicant pools in many languages.

5. Sapia.ai

Sapia.ai lists SAP SuccessFactors among its integrations, together with Workday, PageUp and Avature. Its interview is a structured text chat candidates can complete on a phone, and recruiters review scores through its Talent Intelligence Assistant. Sapia links an independent bias audit, a disparate impact analysis of its chat interview by BLDS; that page doesn't say the audit was done under NYC Local Law 144 and gives no date. Sapia lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 42001, and a 2023 Sapia post named nine interview languages. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: retail and other high-volume enterprises that want every applicant interviewed by chat.

6. Paradox

Paradox names Workday and SAP SuccessFactors among its integrations and offers an open API. Its assistant, Olivia, runs conversations by chat and SMS covering applications, screening questions, interview scheduling, events and onboarding, mostly for frontline hiring. Paradox says Olivia detects 100+ languages. It doesn't describe a voice or avatar interviewer. Workday completed its Paradox acquisition on October 1, 2025; paradox.ai still runs as its own branded site. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: frontline employers on SuccessFactors who need chat-based apply and scheduling at volume.

7. Humanly

Humanly lists SAP SuccessFactors with Workday, Dayforce, UKG and Oracle Taleo. It engages high-volume applicants by SMS, email, chat and voice, and its AI Interviewer asks every candidate the same structured questions over chat, voice or video. Humanly has grown by buying other companies, including Teamable, Sprockets, Qualifi and HourWork, and now sells a suite that includes its own ATS. Pricing isn't published.

Best for: high-volume employers that want engagement, screening and scheduling in one conversational suite.

8. Willo

Willo lists SAP SuccessFactors among its 50+ native integrations, which come with the Enterprise plan. Candidates answer structured questions on their own time by video, text, file upload or multiple choice, and Willo Intelligence adds transcripts, summaries and suggested follow-ups for a person to review. Through Willo Verified, it also offers ID, right-to-work and background checks. Willo lists ISO 27001 and GDPR, and Enterprise starts at GBP 2,999 a year.

Best for: UK and European SuccessFactors customers who want async video with right-to-work checks.

Questions

Do I need an SAP partner app to add AI interviews to SuccessFactors?

Not necessarily. Talview appears on an SAP SuccessFactors partner listing, while most vendors here simply list SuccessFactors as an integration on their own sites. Ask your SAP team what your security and procurement process requires, then ask each vendor exactly how it connects.

Which of these tools interview in more than one language?

HeyMilo says 20+ languages, Paradox says Olivia detects 100+, Willo says 18+, and Sapia.ai named nine in 2023. Talview calls Ivy multilingual without giving a count. NTRVSTA interviews can run in multiple languages too. Test the exact languages you need with real candidates before rollout.

What security claims do these vendors publish?

Talview and iMocha list SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, Sapia.ai lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 42001, and Willo lists ISO 27001. We haven't published security certifications at NTRVSTA; our Enterprise plan offers SSO/SAML and an on-prem option. Ask every vendor for current reports, not just badges.

Can an AI interview tool replace SuccessFactors Recruiting?

No. Every interviewer here sits alongside your system of record. Paradox and Humanly sell their own ATS products, but if SuccessFactors holds your requisitions, treat these tools as a screening step rather than a replacement.
